How to prevent password can be seen by anyone?

Description of the issue:
I imported my passwords from FF into brave
setting > password > list of imported sites and password > click on the eye icon next to the password and you can see the password.

Anyone who manages to get access to my laptop - run brave - can see my passwords.
how do I protect against this?

I have the same issue - which means I do not save any passwords for sensitive sites.
At least it does ask you for your user password if you have one set for the machine. I guess it’s a trade off usability vs convenience or something :slightly_smiling_face:
