How do I rearrange bookmarks? I cannot drag and drop them.
go to brave://bookmarks/
you can rearrange them there by drag and drop and create folders and move them to folder
also you can rearrange them when they show up below the address bar of course if you shoow to show them up

Use the Bookmarks Manager … it allows drag-n-drop.
Here, you can see me dragging “home” down (currently under “dev”) - sorry, the mouse isn’t visible
