You can’t. The only way to be able to participate in Rewards and receive payments is if you’re in a supported country. You’ll currently be able to view ads and earn BAT, but if Brave or its custodial partners don’t support your region, then you’ll be unable to do anything with it except to tip people or hold onto it for the future.
Also, I want to point out that when version 1.48 goes live, which is expected in February, you will no longer be able to earn BAT from Rewards at all unless connected to a custodial partner.
Brave and its partners are always looking to add more countries. I don’t know when, or if, Nepal might be added. I also know Brave is looking to add more custodial partners, but we don’t know when that may be happening.
