Help needed how to use command line in Brave

Hi all,

I had issues with video’s buffering alot ONLY on twitter / x, using the latest Brave browser on desktop

After a bit of searching, i fixed the issue by disabling hardware acceleration

Now i’m trying to disable hardware acceleration ONLY on x.com, i’ve found the following command line…

–disable-gpu https://x.com

But by question is, how do i apply this command line? I’ve tried pasting it into the url bar in brave, and also in terminal (im using a mac) but none are working?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, I do not think this is possible, since Graphics Acceleration is a global setting. In fact, it doesn’t even toggle on/off on a per profile basis — enabling or disabling the feature on any profile will be reflected across any others.
