in settings the notifications are on
concentration assistant is disabled
I don’t use vpn

Nah, not really. You get up to 10 per hour. That’s the maximum you can. There can be days you get none and other days when you hit quite a bit. It’s random based on your activity, device settings, ads available in your region, and whether they are targeting your OS, if you have reached the view limits for existing campaigns, etc.
