Description of the issue:
Rarely shows HD as an option for playback. Occasionally switches to HD a few minutes into video. Firefox displays same videos in HD when Brave shows much lowers playback options.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Go to YouTube desktop site using Brave app from the App Store.
