Have not been receiving ads or BAT for sponsored images

**Briefly describe your issue: Have not received ads since Jan 19 2021. Not accumulating BAT for sponsored images. Unable to claim Rewards for Jan. My Android device is working with Brave fine, Desktop Windows is not.

**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? V1.35.101, Windows

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**No

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes, December and earlier were fine.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

**Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?**Yes

I am now unable to claim the BAT I had accumulated for January. seems it has disappeared.

I have the same problem, since the start of february.

Version 1.35.101 and also no vpn

Additional details: I have updated the Browser and OS to latest version, Focus assist is set correctly, Brave is allowed to send notifications, etc. and test notification pushes do work.
