GPU artifacts while using youtube

Description of the issue:
While using youtube get a checkerboard pattern flickering occasionally. Issue literally only happens on youtube. Doesn’t happen with the brave:\flags backend one set to opengl or with hardware acceleration disbled
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. open youtube
  2. enable ambient mode (happens more with this enabled)
  3. use youtube

or

  1. Open youtube
    2.Play a video
  2. go to mini player
  3. flick mouse around homescreen quickly while scrolling up and down fast.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
checkerboard pattern flickers in places across the screen.

Expected result:
no artifacts
Reproduces how often:
2nd method, every time.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 11, Brave Version 1.57.53
Additional Information:
Nvidia and Zotac are insisting this is an issue with brave browser. I’m using studio drivers 536.99

I use NVIDIA and can’t replicate your issue. I’m windows 11 Pro, Brave 1.57.53 (while testing, but there’s actually an update right now too, so 1.57.57), etc.

hey i have a very similar issue i’m using a zotac trinity rtx 3090 and an i9900k

only started happening two months ago and the gpu also artefacts on game start up sequences on some unreal games but goes no further than this everything runs and performs as usual even able to play cyberpunk path tracing update without artefacts
i can run games at 4k 100 plus fps mostly no issues
just youtube shows major artefacts.
starting to think this is a zotac 30 series problem
