Google safe browsing; different profile can't communicate between each other?

  1. What should I set it? Can google read my url and browsing history if Google safe browsing is on? Any use of google safe browsing?

  2. Different profiles on Brave can’t communicate between each other? Asking because privacy freak reason. So one profile only for facebook and google and other for normal surfing and facebook/google trackers can’t jump from profile to profile?
