Hey! I don’t think I can find this anywhere but if this is what you are talking about, I don’t believe it will affect anything.
If this isn’t it, could this just possibly be a rumor that someone posted on the Internet? It would be nice to see a link 
And this says nothing about Google cutting off their safe browsing API.
it’s mentioned in this article as well, in official chromium blog (second pic on imgur shows this highlighted in the artcile)
Google has told us that we can continue to use Safe Browsing in our browser. So we’re not going to be affected by this change.
