Support is generally inactive on Weekends. So you’ll have to wait till support is back. Also, since many tickets were filed last month, support is still going through some I guess, so it’s taking more time than usual. So just be patient.

@francescotk Have you checked your firewalls and all? It almost sounds like something is blocking it from opening.
Other thing I’d ask is if you can go to https://brave.com/download/ and download Brave again. Do not uninstall your current version, just asking to download and install as it will also patch any issues if perhaps something is corrupt.
I’ll also say at this time that it would be helpful if you can share which Mac OS you’re using and which version of Brave you have installed.
Lastly, if regular version of Brave doesn’t work, can you test with Nightly just to see if it will open? You can download Nightly version at https://brave.com/download-nightly/

In your first post, you said that when you launch it, you see
Can you share a screenshot of this? Additionally, when you try to launch the browser, if you then go to Settings --> Privacy & Security on your macOS device, do you see any notifications that Brave was blocked from opening here (you’ll have to scroll to the very bottom of the Privacy & Security pane to see this notification)?
I can’t find anything in the settings.
Brave’s notification pop-up doesn’t always appear.
