Glitchy visual in setting and tabs

Description of the issue:
I’m a user of this browser for years and i got a new laptop and installed it before and it was working fine but today i tried to install it again and this bug happened (photo uploaded for reference)

Expected result:
no glitchy visual and fixes for the issues
Reproduces how often:
this is the first time
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
windows 10 pro - brave V1.19.88

Try this:

  1. Disable hardware acceleration in Brave.
  2. Make sure to quit all copies of Brave.
  3. Restart Brave browser.
