Description of the issue: Pages not fully loading, twitch, youtube , etc.
How can this issue be reproduced? No Idea, how I came about this problem, I just woke up one day and had it.

Expected result: I just want it to look like regular brave, I prefer this browser over any other, and I’ve been forced to use chrome for the past couple of days.
Brave Version( check About Brave): I can’t check the version due to the bug.
