Gemini/uphold and list of restricted Countries

The list of countries with restrictions is growing and dont understand how Brave faces this.

So at work I got brave rewards connected with Gemini. Yeah Gemini only for US but I’m in Europe. At home had a fresh brave install, dont allow me to connect to Gemini but yes to Upold, why?

We see a lot of complaints with Uphold and yet even with the brave browser wallet we have to connect with a centralized wallet with all its faillures

Briefly describe your issue:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?

Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?

Cause you had already connected to Gemini. They made changes to the Gemini connection so as to allow people to reconnect Gemini, who were previously connected to Gemini on the same rewards profile before region unsupported started altogether.

That is because of regulations.
