Gemini not available in your region- I LIVE IN THE US

When i try to connect my brave browser to the Gemini account it shows my region is not supported. My Gemini account is verified and my region is USA, which IS supported. Now I don’t know why it shows an error for “region not supported.”

I’m connected to Gemini on 1 device, another device says “temporarily unavailable (even though I’m connected on another device)”

I’m on the newest version of Android OS, windows 11, and the working account on the recently updated windows 10.

ANY HELP, Pleade?

Is your ID which you submitted for KYC /AML for Gemini from the US too?

If not from a region listed below then your region is unsupported since region is determined by your ID and not by where you currently are.

There’s an ongoing Gemini issue where new users are unable to connect temporarily. More details at thread

@ericj9 as SmartyAadi linked to, I do have a topic open that may cover this. PSA: Known issue with Gemini (Gemini is down)

Right now no new browser can connect to Gemini. Only browser profiles that had previously connected might be able to reconnect. Unfortunately, there’s an ongoing issue where not everyone is able to connect. This is something being worked on.

For you to be seeing Currently not available in your region, I do believe you may be using it on a new profile, right?

Only my device is new. I have an old account and all of my device profiles are synced, including the one “not in Gemini’s region, the US…” I don’t use a proxy so it’s curious why this error message came up, but more importantly why do all of my devices have different error states.
