Full screen view video to window and overlay (not the pc screen but the navigator)

it would first be nice to have an overlay video pop-up like firefox do and also an extra thing that i never seen anywhere is to have the possibility to put full screen but on the navigator view because sometime i’m working on different software or page and i’d like to put in full view without it taking my full computer space
