@Izzmo what was your ticket number? Also, when did you create the ticket? Have you checked your spam/junk folders?
I just submitted a ticket today for it: 203661
The message when your brave wallet is flagged doesn’t mention creating a ticket, but more or less says they will figure it out behind the scenes. Pretty bad UX and confusing if this is the actual process.
