Firewall VPN Connection issues

I’m currently using the 7 day free trial Which I began using on the IPhone IOS version16.6

However the issue I’m having is when I am attempting to Connect my account on A fire hd 10 tablet I get the message I don’t have any active plans

I even get that message when attempting to open the link using my iPhone Even though I have the VPN actively running On the iPhone.
