Face ID being skipped when going to private tabs

Description of the issue:
When shredding site data in last regular tab in list, browser bypasses biometric lock and goes to private tabs.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Go to the last open tab in tab list or bottom most tab tile
  2. Press the lion head that’s next to where you enter web addresses or do search.
  3. Press “Shred Site Data”
  4. Press “Shred Site Data Now”
    Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
    Private tab is opened to.
    Expected result:
    Go to next regular tab or regular tabs preview
    Reproduces how often:
    Every time
