Browser tabs go back to previous page when reopened

Description of the issue:
In brave IOS with face id lock, when reopening the app, the URL requires refresh and has gone backward once (as if the back button had been pressed).

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a URL on brave mobile IOS
  2. Go back to home menu and move away from the app for a while (have it in background / closed)
  3. Go back into the app

Actual result:
The page is blank and needs a refresh to show, it is also set to the previous page (as if the back arrow had been pressed once). This requires the user to press the forward button as well as refresh manually before they can get back to the correct page they where on before they left.

Expected result:
The user is sent to the tab they where on with the latest page they where on and without need to refresh manually.
