Extension only works on the settings page - blocked on all others

Hello - I use Clickup and their Chrome extension installs just fine. But when I try to use it I get the error:

“Oh no! Your browser is blocking the ClickUp extension.”

When on the Brave settings page - the extension functions properly as it should.

Any help is appreciated.
