I have noticed, that some extensions I have installed also work in my TOR window, even though I disabled extensions of accessing private tabs.
I have IDM (https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/) and the web extension (chrome webstore) has somehow access to my in private tabs. (or to be more specific. to .onion websites.) because it is prompting me to auto-download the .* file from that website. Please fix that
