How to use Extensions not listed on Web Store?

I’ve recently use Brave browser but I can’t use IDM Integration Module on Brave.
Is there any way to make it work?

IDM extension suddenly disabled in Brave

Hello … I’m wondering if any members here having the same situation. I’ve been using Brave browser for 2 - 3 years with IDM extension normally fine. A few days ago, the IDM extension was suddenly turned off by itself and couldn’t be turned back on anymore even I had tried removing it from Brave and re-add it back again. Cannot add the IDM extension to the Brave

I want to add the Internet Download Manager extension to Brave just as I added it into the chrome browser. It helps downloading big files and is easy to resume any download in it. I tried adding the extension through Chrome store but it isn’t available there anymore. So you can drag and drop the extension file from IDM setup on the extension menu in Chrome and it gets attached but unlike chrome its not happening in Brave. never mind. I got it worked by remove IDM extension then drag IDMGCExt.crx from IDM folder to brave://extensions
