Description of the issue:
Whenever I want to download files from my university’s home page and from here only do I get this error that is totally unrelated to downloading files:新增票卡失败(unable to add new card)
This has only been encountered on my iPad, both my phone and MacBook works flawlessly.
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.access utol.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp
2.open any class’s attachments
3.try to download a file
4.die
Expected result:
Successfully download the file and saved to local storage

The attached picture is the error message I have been encountering recently. This has been troubling me for two weeks. During this period I have tried most general solutions: reinstalling brave, clear cache, restart iPad and so on, but none of the above yield any results.
