Error rendering avatars on websites - MacOS

Description of the issue:
Brave not is not displaying the avatars for any site included community.brave.com, also some weird behaviors on google sites like Gmail and plugins like grammarly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Brave
2. Visit any website that uses avatar like Twitter, Google, or Github
3. Repeat for additional ways tabs are opened - clicking on the + sign on the tab bar, from the main menu, etc.

Actual Result:
Websites avatars not being displayed

Expected Result:
Websites avatar should be displayed

Reproduces how often:
Almost Always, sometimes after close and reopen the browser the sites are being displayed ok for a couple of minutes.

Brave Version
Version 1.24.86 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Reproducible on current live release:
Yes

Even the start page background is not loading.

I did not want but I try by cleaning my browsing history, and that solves the issue.
