Visual bug on sites when using Brave Browser

Hello - I have been using Brave Browser for a few weeks and have had no issues to date. Was using the browser for a few hours tonight (normal browsing reddit, banking, etc.). nothing downloaded. All of a sudden when opening up certain windows, there is a visual bug. This is not happening on all sites but is happening regularly

Reproduced while visiting various sites, two examples below:

1. On the linkedin home page
2. On the brace community homepage

Brave Version

• Brave is up to date! [Version 1.23.73 Chromium: 90.0.4430.85 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:

• No prior issues
• Cleared all browser data / cache
• Restarted browser and computer
• Ran virus scan on full system and no malware

Have not re-installed the Browser yet, but likely will be my next step if no other suggestions. Not sure if that wipes BAT or not as I do not have enough for a wallet yet.

Also happening on Protonmail beta, no issue on normal Protonmail

Came across this article specific to Google Chrome, looks like this is the same issue. Have a mac with external display, reset fixed it!

go to brave://settings/system and disable this Use hardware acceleration when available
