you are where, mobile device or desktop?
On android i haven´t verify my wallet yet, but it should be send to uphold directly (give a little time, sometimes it doesn´t reflect this immediately) if your wallet was verified before 1st of Aug 2020.

As for desktop, the payment is process every 5th - 12th of every month and is automatic.
