The browser does not load websites

The Brave browser cannot access almost any site; the only exception is Google for searches. Any other address it cannot access. It gives the error:
This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.

I have already turned the modem off and on.
I have restored Brave’s original settings.
I have cleared the cache, history, and cookies.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Brave.
Other browsers are working normally (Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome).
I have disabled all VPNs (Nord, Express, and Kaspersky).
I have disabled Kaspersky Internet Security.
I have disabled and enabled the proxy, trying both ways.
I contacted Vivo Fibra, and they said everything is normal.
I performed a speed test, and it showed the exact contracted speed.
I played online games to test, and they ran fine.
I have disabled extensions and then re-enabled them.
I have executed commands like (netsh int ip set dns, netsh winsock reset, ipconfig flushdns).

And nothing worked.

Mine does the same thing. Would like to have an answer!
