Description of the issue: After quite some seconds in full screen mode video starts dropping frames if video quality is above 480p (and video itself getting slower, but sound goes normal)
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.Just enable Fullscreen mode and change quiality to something above 480p
Expected result: Video should normally play in fullscreen mode
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.18.77
Additional Information: “Hardware Acceleration” was enabled in Microsoft Edge (Chromium), but I didn’t saw this problem.
