Download bar font color stays dark on light theme after using dark theme

Description of the issue: Download bar font color stays dark after using the dark theme and switching back to light theme.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary}

1. Change theme to dark in settings.
2. Change back to light theme.
3. Download something.

It is really hard to read in the dark theme on download bar.

i think i got another bug with dark theme. on the dark theme the icon/button that should active show as inactive and the opposite.

the back and forward button collor inversed
