Discrepancy in behaviour with Youtube between Brave on macos and Brave on Android

Brave is up to date

Version 1.13.86 Chromium: 85.0.4183.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Brave 1.12.113, Chromium 84.0.4147.125

When watching youtube in the browser with the video at the top of the tab, I see different behaviour.

In the Android version (Android 10), if I scroll down, the video will remain at the top of the page.

In the macos version however, if I scroll down the video is scrolled up.

I would like the macos version to behave like the Android version.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Edit: Does anyone get the same behaviour as with Android on their iMac?

The only thing I can think of is changing the scrolling of mouse/trackpad behavior of the mac to not use “natural” scrolling…

I toggled that on and off in the trackpad settings, but no joy :frowning:

You can try to check if there’s an extension or extensions that can modify youtube content to mimc what you want then…
