I have Windows 10 Home on my PC, Android 8.1.0, and the latest version of Brave for both of them.
I have sync them but I have different “Estimated earnings so far this month”.
How can I manage to have the same?

I don’t think that you can sync the balance.
As you can see, there is no option of syncing the rewards.
Because I do not have a verified account on Uphold, I have the BAT only on my phone and on my laptop.
