Best bet would be to raise a ticket at

I am confused. Your reply seems to be the same place where I started. I thought this was where to raise a ticket at support. Where do I actually go to start a ticket.

@thecadmancan They provided you a link to where you’d submit a ticket, though I can share again in a different format: Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

Negative, Brave Community is the place they do have people start off with basic troubleshooting and help. This is a place where Users and Brave Support help in general and essentially triage any issues.

Anything that needs specialized care, such as any issue relating to payments, requires personal information that shouldn’t be shared publicly. As a result, they request the support ticket as linked to you.

As to why they often don’t just put that link in Help articles or within the browser is that they want to reduce the amount of unnecessary tickets as much as possible. If you ever spend much time looking through topics here, you’ll see a lot of duplicate topics and things that require little to no help at all. As a result, if they had all submitted tickets, it would greatly delay the response time for those who do need help.
