Did not receive BAT for May or June in Gemini (originally posted in Brave Rewards 7/13)

Briefly describe your issue:
NOTE: Salty Banana asked me to move topic to this forum

Did not receive BAT for May or June in Gemini. Note that I realize there could be a delay for June (plus reading recent message from Steeven), but it has been 6 days (from 7/13) since notice went out that payments would start, and there is nothing in my account. And I can’t figure out where (albeit minimal) May amounts are.
What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10, Brave 1.41.96 for both PCs with Brave installed
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?
April 5, 2022
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Hi @iccohen,

Could you kindly submit the information surrounding your issue to our Rewards Support form. From there we can provide further assistance and investigate your case.

Thank you!

I’m confused, because from my end it shows that at the top that it is in the correct forum (see attached), and I only saw the one template for me to use. Or am I supposed to submit a request to the Brave Help Center at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?

Thanks @iccohen, we’re working to triage reported issues through the link above. If this is better for you, I can look at it here.

Can you send the following information?

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Thank you in advance!

Thanks for getting back to me. Below is the information you requested (side note: I’m not one of the people who are constantly complaining about the issues, I work in IT and know that as soon as you put out a fire another one will eventually pop up). I know you guys are doing your best to get everything rectified.

WALLET ID: 45dd32f2-5947-4d31-a6f1-cdacfe048849
OS/Brave Version: 1.41.100 Chromium: 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (64-bit) (same for both computers with Brave installed)
Rewards Panel: See pdf attachment below, for both PCs

Please see information below. I must have Friday on the brain if I can’t send out a simple email!

Thanks a bunch @iccohen. How much BAT in total are you missing? Can you share your Gemini ERC-20 wallet address?

Hi Steeven-

Not sure what you mean when you are referring to the “wallet address”. I have included a screenshot of my Gemini transfers as of today, 7/29/22; as you can see, none of my June BAT was deposited although I have verified my Browser BAT from each PC that I use. (Note that my other BAT was withdrawn as I had the donation option selected for May 2022).

Thanks @iccohen, reviewing.

Hi @iccohen, within your Gemini app, can you find your deposit address for ERC-20 tokens?

Howdy. Sorry to seem oblivious, but I’m in my Gemini account and not sure what you mean by deposit address, and ERC-20 tokens.

Hi @iccohen, sorry again here for the delay. I’m looking to see if there’s documentation on the Gemini side (Help center etc) that I can share with you here to help find your ID. Thanks again for your patience. I will get this solved asap.

No Worries, I figure you have your hands full dealing with the screaming ninnies.I grabbed screenshots of what my July amounts should be so we can compare if need be down the line.

This may help:

I actually do not know where the “Custody Balance” the article references is found. I think they are referencing trading balances but I really can’t find the option discussed. I think the article is outdated or it needs to be edited for clarity. The last part is relevant though to transfer deposits and history.

You can also view your custody deposit address and QR code by clicking “Transfer Funds” in the header and following the appropriate flow.

Just click the Transfer option at the top of the page, then click Deposit into Gemini, enter BAT in the currency field, then press enter. Just follow the prompts and your deposit address will be displayed. Your transfer history (if any) will also be displayed on this page. Hope this helps. :slightly_smiling_face:

Steeven, here is my Gemini ERC-20 wallet address. The recent email from Chocoholic led me to the correct information!

Thank you! That did it, was able to get my wallet address. Thanks again!
