Did not receive BAT for May or June in Gemini. Note that I realize there could be a delay for June (plus reading recent message from Steeven), but it has been 6 days (from 7/13) since notice went out that payments would start, and there is nothing in my account. And I can’t figure out where (albeit minimal) May amounts are. What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

I’m confused, because from my end it shows that at the top that it is in the correct forum (see attached), and I only saw the one template for me to use. Or am I supposed to submit a request to the Brave Help Center at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?

Not sure what you mean when you are referring to the “wallet address”. I have included a screenshot of my Gemini transfers as of today, 7/29/22; as you can see, none of my June BAT was deposited although I have verified my Browser BAT from each PC that I use. (Note that my other BAT was withdrawn as I had the donation option selected for May 2022).

I actually do not know where the “Custody Balance” the article references is found. I think they are referencing trading balances but I really can’t find the option discussed. I think the article is outdated or it needs to be edited for clarity. The last part is relevant though to transfer deposits and history.
You can also view your custody deposit address and QR code by clicking “Transfer Funds” in the header and following the appropriate flow.
Just click the Transfer option at the top of the page, then click Deposit into Gemini, enter BAT in the currency field, then press enter. Just follow the prompts and your deposit address will be displayed. Your transfer history (if any) will also be displayed on this page. Hope this helps.
Steevan brother please help me too. I didn’t got claim button in my browser. I already submitted the ticket and they took all details and said me that I will be able to see it shortly but now it’s more than 12 hours nothing happened
