"Device Limit Reached": Need help removing old devices

Briefly describe your issue:
Recently I got a new laptop and reset my old one. When I tried to verify my wallet with Uphold on my new laptop, I got an error saying that the device limit was reached. Can Support please help me remove the now-inactive device so I can start using my new active one?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Version 1.30.87 Chromium: 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
No, not on the newly active laptop.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Not on the newly active laptop. My other devices (which are verified with Uphold) are able to receive payments.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
