Couple things to try:
- Make sure you’re fully verified on Uphold. See the FAQ here: https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/206119603-How-do-I-become-a-verified-member-of-Uphold-
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Uphold account (click disconnect from the publisher dashboard, underneath “Your Uphold Wallet”
- If you have multiple Uphold accounts, make sure you’re logged into the correct one!
