What I can tell you is that we are having a very serious problem with the Uphold company recently; it seems like a general crisis, me too as well started when it says my bank card is expired which was wrong, now adays it takes a long time to open account but when I check from the list of the counties which have their services, my country was no longer there but all along , it was still available so check various things.
