Hi, love the browser. There is only one super-annoying thing. The question is asked multiple times before on the forum, but never answered.
When I open a new tab and start typing, the page loads slowly and the first characters I type are gone. So I typ “google.com” but it will show as “ogle.com”

I’m having the same issue, and it’s incredibly annoying. Version 0.62.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683**.103** (Official Build) (64-bit) on macOS 10.13.6. Is there any information we can provide to help debug?

Disabled all that search suggestion and other enhancements and not helped at all.
I encountered the same issue in the last couple of weeks using Chrome, as well as Chromium. I think the underlying problem might be in the latest stable Chromium update.

Edit 2: From the discussion in that thread, it seems like the change causing has been reverted in the next planned stable Chromium update (74).
