Created Brave Local Wallet forgot password no way to create a new wallet

Description of the issue:
Created a local wallet then I forgot my password and cannot log in. Now there is no way to create a new account or wallet.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Create a wallet, lose your password, try to log in

I created a wallet, completed the process with a seed, tried to log in and wallet said wrong password. I know that the password was correct. How can I create a new wallet or recover first one?
