Lost wallet password , need help

Description of the issue: While i was in the process of creating my brave wallet my laptop crashed so i didn’t get a chance to save the password i input. After my laptop booted up i went to finish completing the registration then i was presented with a screen to enter my wallet password. I would’ve thought since the registration was interrupted it would not have saved the password i inserted and now i don’t remember which one it was. I really need help with this

Are you using the (new) Brave Wallet or the (old) Crypto wallets implementation?

Hey @heelios,

If you were in the process of making a new wallet and hadn’t transferred anything to it yet, you can always start over by going to brave://settings/wallet and then click the Reset Brave Wallet button. You will see a popup to confirm, type Yes and then click OK. Afterwards you can go back to brave://wallet and create a new wallet again!
