Description of the issue: How can this issue be reproduced?
After Windows update "2022-11 x64 ベース システム用 Windows 11 Version 22H2 の累積更新プログラム (KB5020044)”, always crash Brave and cannot start browser.

if you have automatic crash reporting is enabled (Settings --> Privacy/Security --> Automatically send diagnostic reports), please respond back here with the crash report ID
If Automatically send diagnostic reports is not enabled, ensure you click Send on these crash reports listed on the page, then reply here with the crash report ID

1-I use ThankPad X1 Carbon with Windows 11 Pro 22H2 build 22621.900 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0
2- Brave latest version is installed by over writing, but crash the same.
I cannot start Brave cz alwasy crash before showing any site.
So cannot take a screenshot and cannot open setting.

Unfortunately, the Brave crashes occurred immediately and closed windows, so no way to see Settings.
By the way, I could install Brave beta and open, then uninstall Brave and reinstall and could open, but found an update error in the attached screenshot.
