Constant "Aw, Snap" Errors

You’re getting the “Aw, Snap” error instead of a web page because Brave is having problems loading.

I have followed every guide I have seen online including y’alls-

It is absolutely constant how often it happens for no reason. I am just listening to youtube or browsing a website. Nothing specific is triggering it but it will not cease. Please can you assist me with this, I would hate to have to switch browsers. I love Brave!

Just to summarize everything I have tried…

Check your internet connection
Yes.

Make sure your computer is connected to Wi-Fi or a wired network and try reloading the tab with the error.
I am using ethernet cable, PC. I have tried reloading the tab with the error and it will work then just crash again moments later.

Clear your cache
Yes, have cleared cache multiple times. Even did a registry wipe. Also uninstalled and re-installed after restarting between and wiping any old files.

Open the page in an Incognito window:
Same as above, it will work, then eventually just crash again.

Multiple attempts at re-installing/uninstalling
Yes

PC Specs:

Windows 11 Home 64-Bit
13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K
RAM - 32.0GB
MB - PRIME Z790-P WIFI
Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (PNY)

Any assistance with this would be helpful.

This happened to me as well, also on Windows 11. But only once so far when I was using LinkedIn on the browser. Does it happen with all websites for you? Also does it say that it’s a problem with memory? It said it was a problem with memory but my RAM usage is generally below 30% so I don’t think it’s that.

This happens on all websites. I did a memory diagnostics and my memory works fine and fresh restart on my PC so it can’t be my memory as I feel 32 GB should be enough for internet browsing and reading :stuck_out_tongue: lol

I ended up re-formatting my entire PC and this error has (almost) completely stopped. Every now and then it still occurs.

Unbelievably frustrating that you see this error occurring literally over years with no fix or resolution or understanding of why it’s happening. Blows my mind.
