Conext Menu doesn't appear when pinned to taskbar

On my desktop computer, when I have Brave Browser pinned to my task bar, and right click on it, the context menu doesn’t appear with all of the options. However on my laptop, when I right click the pinned icon, the menu does appear.

Brave was installed at the same time on both computers, however one shows it and one doesn’t. I tried to reinstall on my desktop, but that didn’t help.

Both computers are running:

Version 1.49.132 Chromium: 111.0.5563.147 (Official Build) (64-bit)
(https://brave.com/latest/)

Both are Windows 10 22H2

Not sure why one computer shows it but the other doesn’t…
