Complete identity verification and no rewards for a long long time

When i sign into my Uphold account, in Brave I get this warning:

Please complete identity verification in order to start receiving rewards.

I checked my Uphold account, and it shows the following:

So, I am verified.

I use brave on multiple devices and have not been getting ads for months now, even though i have them set to 10 per hour.

Because no ads, I also do not get rewards. Can someone please help me fix this?

I have the same problem since yesterday. Also not receiving ads for like 3 weeks.
I’m also verified. It seems like a bug but i hope for better explanation and solution other than copy/paste FAQ answers.

what regions? uphold and brave have both had some recent changes to supported regions. just a thought.

They made some changes (mostly with active currency) but not in my region. It is a bug and i’m sure it will be fixed easily by dev.

Same issue here. Do we have any word from the developers whether this is a bug on Brave or Uphold?

Appears to be an issue with several users. Hopefully they will have a fix soon.

Same issue here. Haven’t been receiving rewards since Jan despite using Brave on a daily basis.

I think you should still be receiving ads/earnings. You should DM the moderators with your wallet payment id found at brave://rewards-internals. Do not post!

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
