A feature of other browsers I have used is the ability (on MacOS) to Command-Click a bookmark, which then jumps to the new page/tab. Is there any way to enable that feature in Brave? I believe it was an add-on extension to Chrome.

I’m not sure about macOS – but it may be similar.
On Windows I can Ctrl + Shift + Click.
Ctrl + Click indeed only open the bookmark in the background.
