Colours incorrectly displayed after lastest update?

Just installed the latest build and all the colours are incorrectly displayed. Was working fine. Now Brave and Chrome has the same issue. Firefox OK.

Blue becomes green, yellow becomes pink etc.
Windows 10 Pro
Nvidia GTX1060 latest firmware.

I found the problem. Turning off hardware acceleration fixes the problem!!
