"Claim your ad earnings now"- Button Option Not Visible/Accessible

Hello,

Briefly describe your issue:
I’m not able to view/access the "Claim your ad earnings now” button. As shown by the Brave team since July Payment status claims are available I assume the button should be accessible.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

OS - Windows 10 Pro Build-19044.1165
Brave - Version 1.42.88 Chromium: 104.0.5112.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Not verified as my region does not comes under the existing 19 regions.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
No

I’m attaching a screen shot for your reference.

Please let me know how can I resolve this issue and transfer my existing BAT(July rewards) to my Brave-wallet for now since other wallets are not supported.

Hey - Today the “claim” button got accessible/visible, so this thread can be closed :slight_smile:

You can just mark your above post as the solution so that community members and staff know that you no longer have a problem. Just wanted to mention for future reference, the “on the way” message is normal and it can take a while after that message pops before you see a claim button. The claim button can take minutes to hours to days to appear. Usually not days unless Brave is experiencing a payout problem and actively working on a fix.
