Hello — can anyone here on Uphold who did not get their payment yet please submit their issue to us on the form below so we can take a closer look at the issue as well as get a gauge on how many are affected by it?
Please use the subject line “Missing May 2022 Unverified Wallet Payment” — nothing more, nothing less. This way it will be easy to spot and tag these so they don’t get mixed in with other issues. Appreciate everyone’s help and understanding.

I have provided you with my wallet payment ID (3 days ago) using the Brave help center form but still, there is no claim button on one of my devices.
Please resolve it as soon as possible.
Update: Issue does not resolve yet.
What should we do if something happen like in youre complain … im very curious…
@Mattches It’s been 10 days since i submitted the form and still no response from brave team.
