Chrome Themes no longer work in Brave

Brave crashes immediately upon startup

So definitely related to Vertical Tabs and certain extensions. We’ve reproduced the issue via https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/33598#issuecomment-1760025022 and are looking into the issue. Hopefully we have a fix soon that we can roll out. In other words, they are working on fixing it.
