Description of the issue: captcha fails
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1removed shield . 2 disabled privacy badger and all other plugins. 3.made problem go away on site by using chrome with no problem.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): shows nothing or in disqus, says: Please complete the CAPTCHA to login. but nothing to show.
Expected result: captcha to show up
